Now, it’s important for me to say…

To be quite honest I can hardly believe it sometimes and have to pinch myself it amazes me so much.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this last 7 months has been... let alone what it's allowed me to do in my life that I could never have done before!

I’ve been able to go enjoy things that most people just don’t get to experience in a lifetime like…

Flying 1st-Class all the way to the West Coast of America during a recent trip to work with one of my new multi-millionaire friends and business partners... ...which by the way allowed me to experience the penthouse suite of the best hotel in the area... enjoy a $197 steak at the finest steakhouse in the state capital... and the most expensive bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon (my personal favourite) they had on the wine list

And then in just a few weeks from now I’m taking a special trip down to London with my wife and daughter to stay in the penthouse suite of the brand-new Hilton hotel and enjoy several of London’s top restaurants while taking in a few West End shows.

Oh and I nearly forgot... just last week I hired a £1 Million Pound Executive Helicopter which flew me around the countryside and down to a stately home on the banks of the River Thames at Windsor for an exclusive lunch...

...(you can even see a short video I made of the trip)...

Instead, these “life-changing” events literally delivered nothing for them and here they were - poorer as a result - in my house, still desperately clinging on to the hope that perhaps one day it still might happen...

They had been so let down by what they were told they’d receive and what they actually got.

That sort of thing has happened to me and even to several members of my team who now work with me - we’ve all been stung - so we know the feeling.

As I mentioned earlier in this letter...

The majority of people that fork out £5,000 -£10,000 of their hard-earned money to attend a seminar or workshop ARE willing to put in considerable effort to achieve results.

Obviously, as I’m sure you can imagine... as a result of the lofty goals we have for this apprenticeship, it’s going to be extremely limited.

We’re actually still finalizing our numbers based on how many we think we can handle but it’s expected to be in the range of 20 - 25 people.

With the quality of what we’ll be offering both in content (revealing all the highest level formulas, techniques and strategies that make our business successful), and the incredible level of personalization and support we’ll be providing to make sure you see real results... it certainly won’t be a large intake of people who are accepted.

When I first considered investing my entire life into a group of apprentices for a full 12 months and beyond, I knew that would mean one to one, small groups, meeting up close and personal with me and my entire team.

This is what I envisioned... my team and I working together with YOU, 1-on-1... completely personalised in a room like this... and using all the technology and knowledge I could muster (just like I've done in launching this programme myself) to GET YOU AN AMAZING RESULT!

Churchill Apprenticeship Qualification Points...

1. Adequate time.

I will be meeting with you in small groups and 1-to-1, numerous times over 12 months. Therefore I need you to be able to confirm that you have sufficient flexibility in your current work-life pattern, be this in your existing business or occupation, to ensure that you’re available at a range of times for our various collaborations.

This doesn’t mean this apprenticeship won’t be possible if you have a full-time job. However, it does mean you would need to be able to be flexible so that you are able to attend regular meetings at my place (Cambridge, UK) at least monthly during the week...

...and of course be able to find adequate time outside of your work-life schedule to dedicate to creating and operating your new business I will be building for and with you.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: I have been committed right from the outset to make this a global programme and not just for my UK students and so to enable that, my international students will get everything my UK students get, but rather than meet frequently, my team and I will meet you 2 or perhaps 3 times in the 12 months for the best part of week each time... pouring our knowledge, passion, expertise and that of our entire building team, into you as we build your business with and for you.

So if you are from from the far flung corners of the earth and have the sense of drive and passion and just know this is for you, then don’t worry as I have just explained we have that covered and you will get everything, with nothing left out, that our UK students get, but just in more concentrated blocks of time, to help you manage the costs of international travel.

A QUICK NOTE ON EVENT DATES: At this point I am providing no dates for our first “Orientation” meeting which will be taking place IN THE COMING WEEKS because I wish to talk to everyone who’s been accepted as a Churchill Apprentice and find what days work best.

I will then be informing everyone what date and time has been decided upon and confirming their ability to attend before final acceptance onto the programme. (If you can’t attend this initial get-together but still wish to participate we can discuss alternate arrangements personally)

2. Required skills.

To be quite honest, the level of pre-existing skills is minimal. If like me, when I started out, just 2 years ago, you can use Microsoft Word at an elementary level, send and receive emails and use a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, then your base technical skills should be adequate.

With those basics in place and the level of commitment and dedication I’m looking for, we should have no trouble developing your skillset and abilities at a good speed so that you are able to operate your new business with ease and joy. (And of course you’ll have my whole team and I just a phone call or email away if you need anything at all!)

3. You Must Keep What You Learn Confidential.

I’ve already explained this previously within this private invitation letter and so I just need to satisfy myself that you can be relied upon to keep a high-level confidence.

There are many formulas and systems we’ll be revealing... and tools we’ll be sharing and giving you access too... that we definitely want to reserve for our best students.

Obviously it’s not fair and doesn’t make sense to allow all of our very best customer acquisition methods, conversion strategies and profit-making formulas to be used by someone who’s bought just a smaller, low-cost, niche-specific product as it does our top students who are working most closely with us... at far greater investment of time, expense and energy.

In addition, it’s actually not possible... as you will discover... for us to do this even if we wanted.

Due to the nature of many of these methods and the fact they require us to be considerably involved in the process, at least initially, to get them working as effectively as possible... we simply couldn’t do it for many people.

That’s part of the reason my team will be doing a lot of the initial set-up work on your behalf... and we can only do this for a very small, select group of people.

However, even more importantly you will be getting extensive and intimate access to my own business and so I’m going to apply particular scrutiny on this very important point.

It goes without saying that I would expect you to be respectful of this and not share the various insider information you may discover with others outside this new, hand-chosen group you will become a part of.

4. Full payment required by all.

The investment required for the Churchill Apprenticeship is £20,000 for everyone, no exceptions, as I cannot show favouritism to some people over others.

Now, just to put your mind immediately at ease, this will not be required in an immediate single payment.

While we will only be accepting applicants on the basis of ability to afford the total fee, we do realize that expecting this to be paid in full immediately would unnecessarily rule out a lot of people who would be perfect for this programme in every other way.

So in just a moment I will share with you exactly how we’ll be structuring things to make it possible for anyone who genuinely qualifies for this opportunity to have the chance to participate... as long as you apply before all the apprentice positions are gone!

But first I just want to touch on how…

While this is no doubt a pretty monumental investment… it’s really is a bargain for what you’ll receive in return.

I mentioned our time and effort being adequately covered for delivering this programme.

Well, just taking into account the fact my business currently brings in around 5k a day... that means your investment is equivalent to just 4 days of regular earnings for me.

When you then consider that my team and I will be working with you personally for an entire day, at least 12 times in the coming year...

...(and that’s just the time in the very same room as you, helping you build your business - it doesn’t take in to account all the time spent building your business FOR YOU around our private meetings, doing phone, video and email consultations and more)...

...you can see the investment here is fantastic for what you are getting in return with my team of around 80 people working for you.

In fact, let me just really analyze that for a moment.

"Do you realise we are talking 12 full days face-to-face, much of the time with myself, Paul, Ian and Steve that alone is nearly 50 man days...

Add to that our entire Peru team of SEO specialists, traffic operators, software engineers, designers and so on - which being conservative is over 50 people on an average of 4 days work per staff member... working JUST FOR YOU (and then again for each other apprentice)! 

So that's another 200 man days from our team, adding up to a staggering 250 man days of US WORKING DIRECTLY FOR YOU over the year.

Now, ifyou went to any other professional (even one who makes considerably less daily income than us)... be it an accountant at £150 per hour or just a junior solicitor at £200 per hour... that alone would be £1600 PER DAY for those people working for you... and so you can see...

But of course…

The value of any investment is really judged by the RETURN on that investment right? So please consider this...

If we only managed to help you build a 5-figure, push-button, passive-income business with this program, bringing in let’s say, about £50,000 in the first year. Would that be good value?

You invest £20k and in return get a business that produces you £50k in it’s first year. You’ve got your money back and £30,000 (150%) profit!

Now of course, you can then go on and profit from your business for years to come.

Being modest, let’s just take doing that for another 5 years... that’s a £20k investment for 5 years of £50k = £250k return. Not to mention the lifestyle you will be able to enjoy as a result. All for a £20k outlay!

And what’s really exciting here is the profits figure of £50k per year I just used is well BELOW the minimum we’ll be aiming for - I’m trying to show a worst-case scenario here!

Our aim is to get you at least a 6-figure business (£100k+) within 12 months... and with the required dedication and commitment from you, we’re confident of being able to do this.

And if we did...

You have a 5x return on investment in the first year (£20k investment for £100k return). And again, you can go on making that for years to come with what you will then know and be able to do. (Imagine just 5 years at £100k/year with your new business!)

But please consider... obviously a large portion of your apprenticeship year will involve building and setting the business up before you really start profiting handsomely.

So the first years profit will actually only be several months worth of your new, fully-established business. What would next years income then be like with a full year of profits?

And I’ve still not got to the best bit because...

By the time you successfully graduate your apprenticeship, with the automatic customer acquisition systems we’ll have in a place and so much more, your business will just CONTINUE GROWING ...unless you literally stop running it!

So as a successful graduate your profits will continue to grow too! (Plus as I’ve revealed in this letter we’ll be taking the successful graduates and providing you with what we consider the ultimate last step to achieving a definite 7-figure business in a the coming months and years!)

So the sky really is the limit and I can confidently say that if you give me what I need from you... you almost can’t lose!

Just like Sir Winston Churchill who I’ve named this programme after... we’ll keep working with you until you succeed.

But there’s something else...

Compare What I’m Offering Here To Any Other Real-World “Built and Ready to Go” Business… Seeing as we’re talking about a business that’s built and set up for you let’s look at the usual example of this... a FRANCHISE... for the sake of comparison of benefits and value. To go and buy a franchise it would cost you a minimum of £50k - but that’s for a pretty small, low-end one. Usually they’re a LOT more... up to over £500k for the top-end options. If you were to buy in to that particular opportunity you’d be a QUARTER OF A MILLION POUND out of pocket before you even started! Then you’d be working 50-70 hours weeks at a bare minimum and on-call pretty much 24/7... managing anywhere from 10-30 employees and all the drama that brings... handling all the health and safety issues related to selling food... never being able to take a holiday without a huge organizational operation... and all for what might amount to barely a six-figure profit per year! Compare what I’m offering for a tiny fraction of that price... A 6 or possibly 7-figure income in the coming years - working essentially part-time. As I’ve already mentioned, the minimum investment required is £20,000 - no exceptions.

However, to make it more manageable we’ve decided to offer entry on the basis of an initial payment of £5500 followed by 3 split payments of £5500 over the following 3 months.

In addition, we're even open to working out a personal payment plan for successful applicants... this is after all a PERSONALLY-TAILORED programme... in cases where the applicant is genuinely able to afford the apprenticeship fee but just requires a slightly personalized payment schedule. (These will be worked out on a 1-on-1 basis personally with me)

However, please let me be clear on two very important points.

1) Initial payment of £5500 will be required immediately to even be accepted on to the programme - no exceptions.

There has to be a limit of commitment for this sort of thing where you're taking a place someone else could have had. So if you can't even do that then I'm sorry, but this apprenticeship isn't for you right now.

2) Overall, each and every apprentice will still be required to pay the same full £20,000 fee as a minimum - this is also non-negotiable.

Everyone will be paying the programme fee of £20,000. The only difference being if you opt for part-payments you will pay slightly more for the benefit of this.

We did this for a very important reason. We want to encourage full payment from the beginning if possible.

Of course, we're doing the payment plan to help people who are a great fit for this programme get involved when they otherwise would not be able to by paying the total amount up-front.

However, at the same time we risk losing out if we start building someone's business who then drops out without fulfilling the full financial commitment they've made - intentionally or otherwise - by accepting an Apprenticeship position.

So payment in full is optimum because it completely cements both your commitment to us as well as ours to you. It also means a lot less administrative messing around with keeping track of and collecting further payments for months to come.

Of course, we understand you may require the help of part-payments and if so that option is available to you. But just like financing in any other business venture, this comes at a small additional cost.

So, please keep in mind that while we're trying to make it possible for most people who qualify to participate... there is a definite advantage in totally committing because full payment will save you £2000 and definitely is the preferred option if possible.

So with investment covered... the final qualification point is...

A2: Well in once sense YES! But in another - Not at all! You see there are tens of millions of people searching on Google alone every month just for the Business Opportunity niche. All these are competing businesses ranging from those we consider to be the very best to the vast majority who just do not have a clue about how to build a successful web based business. I do not see how the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) would work if we chose the ‘money-making’ niche. There is a high probability that we would be going after the same keywords? A3: This really is not a problem at all. There are so many powerful keywords - the phrases people use when sat looking at their computer and wanting to search for information - and so many combinations of these words. For instance we currently go after 4, because we have not been doing it long. Now let me give you an example; the number 1 site for our main keyword phrase has been number 1 for a long time and is listed for over 10,000 long tail keyword phrases - so we start with the easiest to get you ranked and then work your way through the list. On the other hand, if I were to choose a niche totally distinct from ‘money-making’, I am not sure how you could sensibly (or maybe even effectively) include such products in the CBA site, market them to the CBA list? Does your mentoring and coaching start from when we have selected a niche or do you provide assistance in making the choice in the first place? A5: I want to be involved with you right from the very outset. Thinking of the niche is so vitally important as this to my mind is one of the most crucial steps. You say that we will be provided with, effectively, a ‘clone’ of the CBA membership site tailored specifically for me. Does this include lifetime unlimited hosting, maintenance and support to keep the site up and running? Or will there be limits on size, bandwidth, etc? Will I be expected to pay for ongoing services after the first year? And what if there are amendments I would like made? Will such amendments only be considered if they are to be adopted for the CBA site as well? A6: A very important group of questions! Yes unlimited hosting, support, a full "launch pad site" which is a support site that shows you exactly how to manage and use each of the sections within your finally completed Membership site. You will be totally self sufficient without any need for technical skills, so any work will be easily managed. Does this assistance include coming up with the product idea as well as developing and then creating it? I am sure that your team could come up with products in the ‘money-making’ niche very easily, but what if we have chosen a totally different niche where your expertise does not lie? A7 Yes it does. Irrespective of the niche this will be a hand holding exercise from start to finish, so we will consult, I will set you some tasks, which I will review and check and help guide you, using the tools you will have from us, I will shape you on the video scripts and content creation all of which will be done in my studio with my film and product creation team and all the top end equipment at our disposal - this will be world-class and top drawer from beginning to end. Do you mean that we will develop the site and the products and then ‘launch’ and build to 10,000 subscribers in the same way that we would continue to attract subscribers once the project is completed? Or would these 10,000 subscribers be coming from some other source, such as your own list or rented lists or ad swaps? The former would of course be preferable, since it would prove that the ‘system’ works. A8: Great question! Your new visitors or subscribers as we like to call them, will come from the usual sources with my own Lima team doing what is technically known as organic SEO and managed Ad Swaps for your site. I will not attempt to explain what this is at this point, but let me be very clear this is exactly, I repeat EXACTLY what we do, day in, day out. We will start the campaign which will be ongoing up to 10,000 once we have the first test Web site and first free product and simple paid for product ready to go live on Day 4. NOTE: there will be no renting or buying of email lists of any kind. This strategy is dreadful in the extreme and simply does not work - of course, there are many companies in the market place that do offer to build a list and then just outsource it to a list rental company - be very very careful of these. Click here to apply now Q9. You say that you will build my own special site to help get me onto Page 1 of Google. Is this, say, one web page or is it much more involved than that? And how does it work? A9: It is just one very powerful page of relevant quality content which will be done for you once we have considered the appropriate keywords and niche. It is what we call a "bait site" and for this we use a special type of site. Let just make clear, as far as we know there is literally no other company or person with the access to this, anywhere in the world and it is largely what has given us a competitive edge in getting onto page one of Google in such a short time. Could you please clarify what you mean by your Web Consulting Plug in - it sounds amazing, but can this be for real? A10: This is a new strategy that I set up with Russell Brunson on my last trip to the States. You may even have have seen an email which taps into this. Russell and I have invested in recruiting and building a large team of highly talented and professional web info strategy consultants and they are based now in Russell's offices in Boise, our own CBA site automatically passes over, new sales, free sign ups, cancellations and the specific opt ins pushing each one through a questionnaire page we have created as part of our joint venture. Those that sign up and click the Help Me Now button automatically go into the our system and our team are allocated the task of contacting the person, running a 30 minutes consultation and if suitable, up-selling them onto a programme, all of which are then run from Boise. Interestingly enough, my UK students are the most responsive to this strategy in fact much more so than students from the USA or rest of the world. When would it start and what are the steps in the process? What would be the ‘target’ date for going ‘live’? A11: I have broken the various steps, each of which will be held as part of a face to face day with me and my team. Please realize that we will begin your Churchill Apprenticeship getting together for 2 days in a small group at my home for what I am calling the Orientation. These 2 days combined with the below 10 days of 1-on-1 personal meetings with myself and my team makes the minimum 12 days I mention throughout this letter. So here's what our 1-on-1 days will consist of after the Orientation: Day 1: Niches, testing, identifying and agreeing - Cambridge Day 2: Free Resource Report, Welcome Video Script, email series, SP overview, Thankyou page - Cambridge Day 3: Filming of Welcome Video and working through product ideas, angles, scripting for sales video and Content - Cambridge Day 4: Photo shoot, one to one test page consultancy - Blackpool with Paul Day 5: First product development filming and creation - Cambridge Day 6: Second product development - Cambridge Day 7: Keywords, Traffic and complete the SEO strategy Day 8: Review of subscribers and Sales following launch from Days 1-7 inclusive Day 9: Full Membership Site, integration, and teaching Day 10: Graduation and franchising training Balance through to month 12 - support and review. What is the likely time frame to get a return on my investment? A12: This of course depends on the talent, time, commitment of the apprentice, but using some current examples, I returned my investment when starting out and contributed a significant profit paying off my mortgage and building a film studio in my garden within 6 months. I also have a beta tester on this programme who already has nearly 1000 subscribers and is only on Day 3 of his apprenticeship. It would be my hope that with hard work, following the coaching and with time and commitment your investment should be returned within 3-6 months and a full time business of at least high 5 to 6-figures and beyond within 12 months of starting the apprenticeship.
